BMW TechWorks Academy launches a new program especially designed for freshly graduates or final year students!
This Student Learning Program is a student development initiative, designed to give motivated students a first-hand look into the IT and technology world. The program combines real-life mentorship, hands-on projects, and flexible scheduling, helping students make informed career decisions while continuing their studies.

Location: Hybrid (BMW TechWorks Romania office & home office)
Commitment: 2 hours/day
Duration: 10 months
Start date: November 2025

What awaits you

 

By joining BMW TechWorks Academy you will:

 

  • Collaborate with experienced IT and business mentors, both on-site and online
  • Participate in practical, real-world projects that enhance your technical skills
  • Strengthen your soft skills including communication, teamwork, and critical thinking
  • Experience the daily operations of a leading IT environment in the automotive sector

 

What should you bring along

 

  • We are looking for enthusiastic, curious students who want to explore technology and consulting in a professional setting
  • Bachelor’s Degree (completed or in progress, preferably final year) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or related fields
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills
  • German communication skills will be a plus
  • You are passionate about technology, learning, and personal growth
  • Can dedicate 2 hours/day over a 10-month period
