What awaits you

 


We are seeking a skilled and self-driven C++ developer to join our team and take ownership of developing and maintaining our application. As a developer, you will have significant autonomy and responsibility in shaping the technical direction of the project.

 

  • Develop and maintain custom applications and plug-ins for CATIA V5/V6
  • Extend functionality using C++ (CAA RADE) for CATIA to support different engineering processes in car development and manufacturing
  • Collaborate with technical engineers and manufacturing engineers for the best technical software solutions
  • Conduct functional and unit testing to validate software accuracy
  • Document system designs, workflows, and updates for both users and technical teams
  • Maintain system security and implement best practices for data protection
  • Provide regular progress updates and documentation

 

What should you bring along

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Proficient in C++, Visual Studio, object-oriented design, and debugging tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions
  • Experience developing or supporting manufacturing applications
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills
  • Understanding of CATIA data models, assemblies, and design methodologies will be a plus
  • Experience in CATIA V5/V6 customization using CAA (C++) will be a plus
  • German communication skills will be a plus
