What awaits you
- Engage in an intensive, structured Informatica ETL enablement bootcamp tailored for mid- to senior-level engineers
- Collaborate within a cross-functional feature team—business analysts, developers, and testers—to build and maintain critical CRM processes
- Work with a Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM environment integrated via Informatica ETL into multiple adjacent systems, including legacy platforms
- Dive deep into a complex Informatica ETL ecosystem and various cloud-based integration platforms to architect and optimize data pipelines
- Lead the preparation, transformation, and loading of data for new product environment launches, ensuring timely delivery and business impact
- Own the design and management of data synchronization processes across heterogeneous systems, guaranteeing seamless data flow and accuracy
- Apply strong business acumen to orchestrate initial data loads, migrations, rollouts, and ongoing structural updates
- Understand and navigate interactions, dependencies, and workflows among numerous interfacing systems built on diverse technologies
- Schedule and execute data migrations during off-peak hours (outside of business hours or weekends) to minimize business disruption
- Continuously advance your integration expertise with training, certifications, and hands-on exposure to emerging data-integration technologies
What should you bring along
- University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with data integration platforms, ETL or data-integration tools such as Talend, Microsoft SSIS, IBM DataStage or Oracle Data Integrator
- Practical experience with enterprise data warehouses is a plus
- Expertise in different query languages like SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with cloud-based databases and services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- General understanding of interface technologies
- Experience in API integration and web services (REST/SOAP)
- Hands-on knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash) for data manipulation or orchestration
- Understanding of compliance requirements and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage the rollout of complex systems from data perspective
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and managing data integration workflows using ETL tools
- Ability to document data integration processes
- Takes full responsibility for decisions, actions, and outcomes within their area of expertise, ensuring a high level of performance, quality, data accuracy, consistency, and security across integrated systems
- Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and product owners
- Flexibility to adapt to new tools, technologies, and evolving business requirements
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
