What awaits you 

 

  • Be part of an operational team focused on maintaining seamless system operations and ensuring the reliability of key processes 
  • Take an active role in ensuring the smooth functioning of systems through effective monitoring, troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance practices 
  • Monitor system performance and usage, proactively identifying potential issues and bottlenecks to ensure system stability 
  • Build experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions to minimize disruptions 
  • Take responsibility for identifying and tracking system issues, collaborating closely with development teams to resolve them effectively and ensure continuous improvement 
  • Be part of a team that values knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and center around efficiency and reliability to drive overall success 
  • You'll gain additional knowledge and skills needed to operate with Salesforce and Mulesoft, one of the leading CRM and integration platforms. You'll receive guidance and mentorship to confidently tackle real-world challenges with these platforms 

 

What should you bring along  

 

  • University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field   
  • At least 3 years of experience in an operational role is required  
  • Any previous operational experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft or ETL will be a plus 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and experience applying them to IT service management processes 
  • Experience in troubleshooting, problem management, and communication, contributing to the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure 
  • Detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and resolve technical issues while ensuring the integrity of our systems and data 
  • Proven expertise in problem management, addressing recurring issues with effective, long-term solutions 
  • A strong focus on maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through regular audits and validations 
  • The ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues, minimizing operational disruptions. 
  • A technical mindset with the capability to analyze code, interpret log files, and monitor performance metrics like latency and response times 
  • Proficiency in proactive system monitoring and setting up alerts using tools such as Splunk 
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively and support root cause identification and resolution. 
  • A proactive, open-minded, and curious approach to investigating and resolving issues 
  • The ability to establish and maintain feedback loops that enhance processes and system performance. 
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies 
  • Excellent collaboration skills with development teams to support resolve technical problems 
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills
