What awaits you


We are seeking a skilled and self-driven PLM Implementation Consultant to join our team and take ownership of developing and maintaining our application. As a PLM Implementation Consultant , you will have significant autonomy and responsibility in shaping the technical direction of the project.

  • Design and develop efficient and scalable PLM data models within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
  • Analyze existing data architectures and workflows, proposing and implementing improvements to data structures and relationships
  • Configure and customize product structures, metadata, and classifications according to business and project requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data management needs and translate them into effective data models that ensure the integrity and accuracy of product information
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and manage business processes within 3DEXPERIENCE’s Process & Organization layer
  • Align the organizational structure with PLM processes, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows
  • Customize and optimize P&O settings to reflect the organization's functional needs, ensuring efficiency in task management, project tracking, and collaboration across departments
  • Support business transformation initiatives by aligning organizational processes with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform's capabilities
  • Work with system integrators and developers to ensure the seamless integration of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform with other enterprise systems
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for issues related to data models, P&O, and system configurations, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations

 

What should you bring along

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in PLM or 3DEXPERIENCE are a plus
  • Experience working with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, particularly in data models, P&O configuration, and business process management
  • Strong expertise in data architecture, metadata management, and process design within PLM systems
  • Experience in configuring and managing the 3DEXPERIENCE Process & Organization (P&O) functionality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
  • Experience with PLM integrations, migrations, and data governance practices
