What awaits you
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to create action plans based on feedback.
- Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and create development plans for employees.
- Facilitate training programs and workshops that support employee growth and career advancement.
- Assist in succession planning and talent management initiatives.
- Support the performance review process, providing guidance to managers on best practices.
- Help establish clear performance metrics and development goals for employees.
- Facilitate constructive feedback sessions and coaching opportunities.
- Act as a mediator in employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts.
- Foster a safe environment for open dialogue and encourage a culture of respect and inclusion.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with teams to create a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture.
- Organize events and activities that promote team building and collaboration.
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures are communicated effectively and adhered to within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, providing guidance on compliance matters.
- Analyze HR metrics and employee feedback to inform strategies and improve employee experience.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on employee trends and initiatives.
What should you bring along
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience HR, preferably in a business partner role.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
- Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
