What awaits you


•    SAP SRM Contract Management:
o    Manage supplier negotiations, purchase contracts, and contract conditions
o    Optimize procurement processes and align with business needs for strategic supplier management
•    SAP SRM Sourcing:
o    Oversee and manage RFQ processes, e-auctions, and supplier negotiations to drive cost savings and efficiency
o    Facilitate the sourcing process, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and supplier capabilities
•    SAP SRM Spend Analysis:
o    Perform spend analysis and evaluate supplier performance to support strategic decision-making
o    Collaborate with procurement teams to analyze data and develop actionable insights to improve supplier relationships
•    SAP CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management):
o    Implement and manage the lifecycle of contracts, from creation to approval and renewal
o    Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements while minimizing risks associated with contracts
•    SAP S/4 HANA Procurement:
o    Maintain Supplier Master Data and Material Master Data to ensure accurate procurement processes
o    Oversee Sourcing & Contracts to streamline procurement operations, reduce costs, and optimize supplier performance

 

What should you bring along

 

•    University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
•    Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP SRM, SAP MM, SAP CLM, and SAP S/4 HANA Procurement
•    Experience in integrating SAP systems with third-party tools and platforms
•    Knowledge of industry best practices in procurement and contract management
•    Prior experience working in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or logistics is a plus
•    Deep knowledge of Contract Management and Sourcing processes, including RFQs, e-auctions, and spend analysis
•    Strong expertise in managing Supplier Master Data and Material Master Data
•    Experience in full-cycle implementations and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•    SAP certification in one or more relevant modules is preferred
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
•    Ability to work both independently and within a team
•    Excellent English verbal and written skills
•    German communication skills will be a plus
