Project Overview

We are looking for SAP Consultants for our Belgian client, the largest playing card and board game manufacturer in the world. The SAP ECC modules in scope are FICO and SD.

What you can expect & what we want you to do

•   2nd and 3rd level incidents and change requests
•   Work on specific industry solution for packaging/ printing (LP)
•   Work within an application management and support team including distribution and interaction between 1st, 2nd and 3rd level teams: 1st line is in charge of resolving certain incidents and small service requests and also assigning tickets to 2nd line; 2nd and 3rd line handles incidents, service requests and change requests
•   Have the possibility to escalate to a 3rd line at external implementation partner via ticket tool of external party
•   Work within a team of over 10 consultants, including for the client’s side
•   Work for 25 companies spread over 8 countries, with various scope from very small only SD/ MM to the full scope from production to sales

What you are good at & what you'll need to win

•   At least 5 years of experience in implementing SAP FICO
o   Familiar with AP and AR
o   Knowledgeable on credit management
o   Asset accounting
o   Experienced with European VAT rules, input and output tax
o   Experience on cost center and profit center accounting
o   Familiar with product costing
o   Knowledgeable on substitution rules
o   Familiar with the integration with SD, MM and PP
•   Eager to understand the business requirements
•   Able to analyze issues, suggest and implement solutions
•   Familiar with writing functional specifications
•   Able to communicate and work well in a cross-functional team environment
•   Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English
