Who we are

We are currently searching to build a rollout team for a long time project for one of our clients. Locations in scope are Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa and Romania. For each location/ module there will be one Rollout SPOC, a first contact for the location & Local Key Users as well as for the CKUs and IT Solution Managers. The team will plan and prepare the Rollout Testing activities in close alignment with the Key User and follow-up on relevant bugs with the Functional Consultants.

What you'll be doing

•   Support and consult core team functional consulting in configuring projec system based on countries in scope (legal and local requirements) based on the Treasure Box
•   Support core team functional consulting in gap solutioning
•   Drive plant introduction of the project template
•   Preparation and execution of fit-to-template workshops with pre-configured project system tailored for the locations in scope
•   Documentation of potential gaps/findings
•   Support in assessment of template enhancement based on fit-to-template analysis
•   Consult local key user in test planning, preparation and test script localization
•   Support, guide and consult local key users and local end users in executing integration, user acceptance and shake down test
•   Train local key user parallel to test execution
•   Documentation of test results and bugs and monitor re-test of bugs
•   Support local key users in mapping rules definition for data migration in parallel to test execution
•   Consult local key users in validation of migrated data
•   Consult local key users to enable local staff performing training (train the trainer concept)
•   Consult selection of training materials to local need
•   Consult training needs analysis
•   Consult execution of end user trainings
•   Consult in cutover planning and execution
•   Support data validation and shakedown test (go-live weekend)
•   Support end users after go-live during the hypercare phase
•   Record incidents and support incident handling after go-live during hypercare phase
•   Handover to project support team before project closure

What you'll bring along

• At least 2 years of experience in the SAP Consultancy: Production Planning incl. Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) and Lean Manufacturing Planning and Control (LMPC)
• Strong knowledge in SAP PP module
• Fluent in English is mandatory
• Good communication skills, customer excellence focus, and organizational skills
• Team-oriented and solution-driven approach
• Availability to travel in each location is needed for various stages of the rollouts
