Senior Technical Consultant (Jenkins and Git) Job

Brasov, RO Bucuresti, RO Timisoara, RO Sibiu, RO Iasi, RO Cluj, RO

Who we are

 

The aim of our team is to deliver best-in-class web user experience for all websites implemented not only at the Bavarian client, but also corporate websites’ level. 
The products  serve for the direct distribution of car configuration in different distribution channels (employees, authorities, large clients).

 

What you'll be doing

 

  • Provideing status updates to stakeholders and escalating issues when necessary  
  • Acquire project knowledge within the team 
  • System troubleshooting and problem resolution 
  • Understanding of security best practices   
  • Updating/modifying different configurations according to customer needs
  • Creating/updating documentation

 

What you'll bring along

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Experience with Jenkins and Git 
  • Experience with Pyhon or Bash would be nice to have
  • Knowledge about different methodologies such as ITIL and Agile
  • Willing to learn JavaScript Object Notations files (JSON-files)
  • Strong problem solving and research skills
  • Promptitude, proactivity and customer-oriented mindset 
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, German would be a plus
