What you'll be doing

PA/OM/PY: Basics, dealing with the common info types of a mini master (0000, 0001, 0002, 0003), maintenance of master data in the context of PA/OM, knowledge of the "interface" of PT in PY (time wage types)
PT: Reading of PT customizing (AZPs, absences, quotas, holiday calendars, schemes, rules) (only rudimentary maintenance required), knowledge of the PT infotypes (2xxx, 0416, 0050, ...), understanding of the connections between IT0007 & IT2003 in combination with Absence evaluation and quota deductions
ESS/MSS: Maintenance of customizing in the Fiori environment (PTARQ with customer-specific extensions, other customer-specific applications), analysis of error messages from end users / key users in the front and back end
ABAP: Rudimentary understanding of ABAP coding to make it easier to analyze errors in Z coding; debugging skills help a lot
ALE: Overview of the IDoc processing & analysis tools
Permissions: Understanding of analyzing (not maintaining) existing roles and possible sources of error in connection with roles, understanding of structural profiles

What you'll bring along

Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a focus on (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
3+ years experience in SAP HCM
Very good knowledge English language skills
German language skills are a must
Customer orientation, attention to a few things in communication with countries and departments in order to avoid unrest
Independence: The aim must be that the colleagues are able to solve problems independently and to work together with countries and departments
