Project Overview

We are providing application management support and development for applications from the financial area, website administration and other cross-functional applications for one of the leading automotive producers. We keep everyone up to date, by ensuring around the clock access to the main websites and communication portals for our customer. We are also responsible for the “ Phonebook” App where all employees are listed. The job consists of supporting middleware components of a web application in the automotive industry. AEM administration, deployments on all stages and backup management

What you can expect & what we want you to do

Technical Support and maintenance activities for the applications that we are responsible for
Work with the processes of the customer (Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management)
Communication and strong cooperation with the users and the customers
Logs analysis
Support & Middleware Support for Apache/Tomcat Server & DB
Configuration and optimizing of the application and infrastructure

What you are good at & what you’ll need to win

At least 2 years of experience in the application management technical support
Experience with Linux and Oracle SQL
Experience with Apache Webserver, Apache SoLR and AEM would be nice to have
Very good German and English skills
Experience in the automotive industry is nice to have
ITIL knowledge represents a plus
