Junior Technical Consultant with German Job


Cluj, RO

Who we are 

The project involves 1st, 2nd & 3rd level technical support for the specialized tool used in all the call centers for our client, who is one of the largest automotive producers. The delivery model is based on the ITIL best practices.

On call duty and shifts are required in this project.


What you'll be doing


  • Daily tasks: working with the processes of the customer (Incident, Problem, Change Management) 
  • Communication and strong cooperation with the users and the customer 
  • Daily meetings with the team, occasional meetings with the customer
  • Administration of the tasks, cronjobs for the application
  • Creating and continuously maintaining the documentation

What you are good at & what you’ll need to win


  • Bachelor’s degree in technical/non-technical fields would be nice to have
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support/ technical support role
  • Strong problem solving and research skills 
  • Promptitude, proactivity and customer-oriented mindset 
  • Experience with Windows Server or SQL
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written German and English
