Project Overview

Our client plans to roll out the iTAC Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Software in all shop floors of its new division. Implementations increase with fast pace. NTT DATA Romania offers resources for the rollout, line by line, according to technical standards in green field and brown field projects.

As a Process Control System Engineer at NTT DATA Romania, you will be responsible for the configuration and integration of the iTAC system.

What you can expect & what we want you to do

Responsible for on-site implementation and configuration of iTAC solution
Work tightly with machine integrators (PLC experts), plant support personnel and iTAC staff
Gather, analyze, document, and implement changes/enhancements/solutions in conjunction with business departments such as planning, production, quality, logistics and maintenance
Responsible to deliver PLC connectivity specification to machine integrators and verify solution according to that specification
Knows production processes specific for plant/project/line/machine

What you are good at & what you’ll need to win

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar technically related field
3+ years of experience in a similar technical role
Strong know-how of PLCs and of system and business processes around Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Supervisor Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
