The top-class services provided to our clients include customized development solutions for automotive instrument clusters, head-up displays, control-units, active and passive safety systems, as well as low-level drivers.
We are always on the lookout for keen, creative embedded engineers who enjoy working in a team. We are currently searching for a talented Requirements Engineer to join our team in Cluj, Sibiu, Brasov, Bucharest, or remote to support the development of an Electric Power Steering product or Electric Dampers product.
What you can expect & what we want you to do
- Analysis and Review of System requirements
- Analysis of the existing Software Requirements for content and process gaps
- Documenting the content and process gaps in the existing Software Requirements specification
- Develop software requirements based on customer specifications in Automotive Safety SW
- Working according to the ASPICE process with respect to establishing traceability, verification criteria, working with the correct review process
- Must be familiar and comfortable with working in an ASPICE project
- Must be aware of the whole V-Model of development
- Perform requirements elicitation
- Manage and update requirements in DOORS
- Ensure bilateral traceability across requirements
What you are good at & what you’ll need to win
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
- Min 2-3 years of experience in SW Requirements Specification and in particular with AUTOSAR based SW
- Significant working experience in the Automotive domain with the V-Model of Development and standards like ASPICE, ISO26262
- Able to work independently in a structured and process oriented way
- Good communication skills and proactiveness in communication with different stakeholders
- Good written and oral skills in English
- Good knowledge of the C language
- Good experience in embedded automotive
- Very good Automotive Safety knowledge
- Good knowledge of electronics and microcontrollers
- Good knowledge of process flow using IMS(MKS), JIRA
- Good knowledge of using Doors
