In our Embedded Technologies department, we are focusing on client projects in the Automotive sector. The top-class services we provide consist mostly of software development and testing solutions for products such as Instrument Clusters and Head-up Displays, Control Units, Active and Passive Safety Systems (with a particular focus on Advanced Radar Systems) or even Low Level Drivers.

What you'll be doing

Setup and review strategical Cybersecurity Plans and derive the schedules according to the project milestones
Interact with project teams and customer in a timely and constructive manner in order to insure project success
Choose, tailor, review and control the methodical aspects of cybersecurity relevant projects
Perform TARA, Vulnerability Analysis, Attack Path Analysis
Perform requirements analysis from customer requirements specifications
Create and review cybersecurity concepts including cybersecurity controls (e.g: Secure Flash, Secure Boot, SecOC)
Assess implementation risks and decide about possible solutions
Support test engineers for testing cybersecurity relevant ECUs (test strategies; test methods, e.g: Pen. testing, Fuzz testing)
Support Cybersecurity product maturity releases, set-up and maintain cybersecurity case
Analyze complex problems in own projects and find right technical resolution
Present Cybersecurity status of the respective projects to team lead and Cybersecurity Manager
Provide inputs for improving the Cybersecurity Process to team lead and Cybersecurity Manager
Participate/Coordinate technical cybersecurity relevant improvement topics within department
Communicate and coordinate others' technical tasks, to work in one or more projects simultaneously and independently
Participate in regular team meetings and customer meeting
Escalate problems according to the company escalation process to the team lead and Cybersecurity Manager

What you'll bring along

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in electrical or communications engineering, technical computer science or similar
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Development of Automotive ECUs (in best case Software or System Development)
Understanding of the Automotive Industry requirements incl. in implementation of ISO 21434, UN ECE R155, UN ECE R156
Experience in performing cyber security risk analyses (TARA - Assets, Threats, Damage Scenarios, Attacks; Vulnerability Analysis; Attack Path Analysis)
Experience in defining Cybersecurity Concepts (cybersecurity goals, control measures and design methods)
Knowledge of HW (HSM Low/Mid/High) capabilities for security implementation
Understanding of Autosar framework (Crypto Stack of an advantage)
Own judgment in driving project control of Cybersecurity with regards to time, budget and scope
Use conceptual thinking: abstraction, modularity, reusability
Use own judgment in selecting appropriate, state-of-the-art methods and techniques
Resolving issues using practical experience as well as coming with new solutions
Experience with ISO 26262, or comparable standards is an advantage
Process Knowledge acc. A-SPICE or similar of advantage
Experience with Agile development principles of advantage
Programming Language (embedded) C or similar language experience of advantage
Experience with embedded microcontrollers of advantage
High level of English (other language skills like German are an advantage)
