Service Desk Consultant with German Job

Sibiu, RO Timisoara, RO Cluj, RO Brasov, RO

Who we are 

 

We are looking for new members in our Service Desk Support Team!

Our Service Desk team is based in Sibiu, Cluj, Brasov and Timisoara and provides high-quality support activities for several system environments (Mainframe Host, SAP, Web based financial and logistics applications).

What you'll be doing

 

  • Acting as main contact for incidents and/or service requests 
  • Solving incidents following existing documentation  
  • Monitoring all applications through monitoring tools  
  • Performing qualified registration of incidents and service requests  
  • Providing accurate information to other infrastructure support teams (2nd level support) 
  • End-to-end tracking of tickets  

 

What you'll bring along 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical/non-technical fields would be nice to have
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or call centers
  • Strong problem solving and research skills 
  • Promptitude, proactivity and customer-oriented mindset 
  • An ITIL qualification is preferable but not essential
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written German and English
