IT End User Support Consultant Job

Who we are
Our primary objective is to manage configurations on large user groups and maximize their productivity through efficient and secure use of ICT tools and software applications.
You will be a part of our NTT DATA EMEAL IT Team and will work in coordination with the team members from different countries.
What you'll be doing
- Set up, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows desktop, Laptops, Notebook, MAC & Surface computers
- Deploying OS and software through SCCM/Intune and troubleshooting with the related issues
- New hire system setups, end user training when necessary
- Maintain inventory of hardware and parts assigned to users
- Coordinating and follow up with the vendors regarding part replacements for the assets and any other devices
- Advises and assists users in solving problems related to hardware, software, networks and peripherals using available technology
- Analyzes basic business needs and recommends ways to optimize PC hardware resources in achieving business objectives
- Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions
- Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support
- Provide essential online security advice and support
- Provide support for larger scope EUC programmes (eg. Office365 implementation, Exchange migration, Intune/Autopilot)
What you'll bring along
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience is required
- Previous experience of 3-5 years in IT or related service desk management area
- Advanced understanding of the fundamentals of network and server/desktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment
- Advanced knowledge of processes and resources required to perform analytical and technical tasks on EUC computer system
- Knowledge of Network/Server/Cloud based systems and IT security
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS - problem debugging, configuring and installing
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 - operating, problem debugging, configuring and platform management (Office, Teams, OneDrive)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Users and Computers/Azure AD - operating
- Good knowledge of Teams/Enterprise Voice user configuration
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Mac OS - configuring, installing and problem debugging
- Good knowledge of Android and IOS - mailbox configuration, apps configuration
- Focused to provide quality service to customers and manage their business needs
- Good troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Good communication, user and client management skills
- Act as a team player to share information and knowledge so as to ensure service is consistent and at the highest level that can be achieved
- ITIL foundation certification is a nice to have
- Good Intune/Endpoint Manager - functionalities, deployment and management would be a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Server platforms 2012 R2, 2016 & Power Shell Scripting would be a plus
- Previous experience with ServiceNow ITSM Platform is nice to have
- Fluent in English, written and oral
