Who we are
Our customer is lunching the Finance Upskilling Program to enhance digital and AI capabilities across its global Finance function. The program includes multi-level training, hands-on events, and the integration of new technologies and ways of working. The Change Manager Consultant will operate under the supervision of Customer's Change Management Partner for Finance, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
- Support the onboarding of Upskilling Champions within the Finance function.
- Suggest and/or deliver trainings to the champions to help them support you better in the Upskilling program
- Organize and facilitate Champion connect sessions and onboarding events.
- Assist with communications and logistics for training sessions, hackathons, and other program activities.
- Review and select suitable e-learning modules and internal platforms (AI Academy, DigiFIT, SmartOffice, etc.).
- Coordinate with Business Technology Partner (BTS) the development and deployment of training modules for all program levels (L1–L3), including instructor-led sessions and hackathons.
- Create and maintain training materials, collaborating with project teams.
- Ensure training content, AI use cases, and success stories are grouped by learning curricula and audience and linked to SuccessFactors and Finance Upskilling SharePoint hub.
- Support the definition, implementation and tracking of KPIs for program success, including dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
- Monitor program progress, gather feedback, and propose improvement actions.
- Assist in planning and logistics for tailored hackathons and hands-on learning events (incl. external providers).
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (BTS, D&AI, IT Change Management) to ensure successful program implementation.
- Maintain action logs and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Conduct feedback surveys and gather insights from program participants and Champions.
- Propose and implement remediation actions to address feedback and enhance program effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development of motivational strategies for Champions and participants.
What you'll bring along
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in Change Management and training definition and delivery, ideally in Finance or Digital Transformation projects.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Familiarity with digital and AI tools (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, GenAI, UiPath) is an advantage.
- Experience with e-learning platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors) and SharePoint is preferred.
- Analytical skills for defining and tracking KPIs.
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
