To deliver on this mission, we rely on talented professionals who can transform complex data challenges into robust, scalable solutions. This is where you come in. We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team, supporting our data-driven processes with accurate analysis, classification, and investigation of data‑related issues. You will work closely with teams handling operational and insurance‑related data, providing clarity on data quality, source issues, and business‑critical questions. This role requires strong analytical abilities, solid SQL knowledge, and a good understanding of insurance processes and data structures.

 

What you'll be doing

 

  • Perform data analysis and data classification across different datasets and domains
  • Respond to ad‑hoc data queries from stakeholders regarding databases or Excel‑based information
  • Investigate data issues, including identifying where problems originate in source systems
  • Write SQL queries to explore, validate, and troubleshoot data scenarios
  • Develop clear overviews and summaries for reporting needs, such as percentage distributions or breakdowns
  • Track and document mapping progress for relevant data processes
  • Perform data analysis on the data mart to support business and reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure data understanding, consistency, and transparency
  • Support stakeholders by translating business questions into analytical steps and insights

 

What you'll bring along

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or Information Technology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis
  • Strong insurance domain knowledge
  • Advanced SQL skills and the ability to work with relational data
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities
  • Senior to expert level experience in data analysis
  • Ability to understand data models (no implementation required)
  • Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, and similar tools
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly and support business users with data‑related questions
  • Strong attention to detail and structured documentation approach
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Knowledge of data modelling or data engineering concepts is nice to have
  • Familiarity with consuming Data Vault data structures is nice to have
