SAP BW Consultant

Who We Are

 

We are looking for an experienced SAP BW Consultant on HANA for our new client, where you will have the chance to leverage your expertise in SAP Business Warehouse to design, implement, and maintain data warehousing solutions that support business intelligence and reporting needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Focus on BW backend extraction, modeling, transformations
  • Reverse engineering skills, analysis of existing data models (including 3.x data flows, LIS extractors, ABAP coding, ...)
  • Implementation with HANA-optimized objects (e.g., CDS Views in S/4, AMDP routines in BW)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Monitor and troubleshoot SAP BW system performance and data integrity issues
  • Provide technical support and training to end users
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP BW developments and best practices
     

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP BW
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
  • Experience with SAP BW on HANA is a plus
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
