Globally aligned, pursuit focused, assigned to mid-market and volume deals to support private cloud qualification, incubation and Sales-2-Delivery Handover. The mandate of a dCAA is to advise customers (and account teams) on SAP’s private cloud service offerings, assess the technical feasibility of customer’s requirements, and transition those requirements to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services for system provisioning and delivery to the customer.

 


What you'll be doing

 

  • Design, configure, and maintain SAP EDI interfaces and B2B integration scenarios.
  • Implement and support traditional EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, VDA, XML, IDoc, etc.).
  • Manage communication channels such as AS2, SFTP, OFTP, HTTPS, and other B2B protocols.
  • Coordinate onboarding and integration of new business partners.
  • Collaborate with SAP SD and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between order‑to‑cash processes and EDI flows.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Support testing cycles, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Monitor EDI transactions and proactively resolve integration issues.
  • Perform root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term corrective actions.
  • Continuously optimize existing B2B processes to improve reliability and performance.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and solution providers.
  • Provide clear communication, documentation, and training related to EDI processes.

 

 

What You'll Bring Along

 

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree preferably in Engineering or Computer Science, Business Administration from an accredited university
  • You have experience as an SAP Consultant or Key User in the field of B2B Integration.
  • You are familiar with common B2B standards and technical B2B communication channels.
  • You have knowledge of traditional EDI / B2B processes in the automotive and/or CPG sectors.
  • You have experience working with common integration tools as well as initial experience in the area of SAP SD.
  • You have strong communication skills and analytical abilities are among your strengths.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English, German would be a plus.
