Success Factors Senior Consultant (Employee Central, Recruiting)

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions in SAP SuccessFactors (EC & Recruiting).
  • Configure and customize EC and Recruiting modules following best practices.
  • Participate in all project phases: design, build, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • Provide strategic consulting to optimize HR processes.
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation.
  • Conduct client workshops and deliver end-user training.
  • Ensure integration with other systems (e.g., SAP HCM, Payroll).
  • Monitor and resolve post-go-live issues.
  • Provide ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC & Recruiting).
  • Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation.
  • Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues reported by clients.
  • Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes as requested.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding issue status and resolution timelines.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for complex problem-solving and integrations.
  • Prepare regular reports on support activities and system health.

 

What you’ll bring along

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, focusing on Employee Central and Recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and labor regulations.
  • Experience in international projects and working with distributed teams.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification (EC and/or Recruiting) is desired.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills for junior consultants.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). German or another EU language is a plus.
