We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Integration Consultant with German to join our team, to support the technical integration of foundation data sources into the ServiceNow platform. This is a hands-on implementation role focused on designing, configuring, and developing integrations to ensure reliable and high-quality data exchange across enterprise systems.

 


What you'll be doing

 

  • Design, configure, and implement inbound and outbound integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
  • Develop and maintain both unidirectional and bidirectional interfaces for foundation data synchronization.
  • Ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality data exchange across integrated platforms.
  • Collaborate with application owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define integration requirements and resolve data-related issues.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and data quality.
  • Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow integrations.
  • Document integration designs, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
  • Follow development best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of integration solutions.
  • Experience with technical implementation and development within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing system integrations and interfaces.
  • Understanding of inbound/outbound integrations, APIs, web services, and data exchange mechanisms.
  • Experience working with data synchronization and data quality processes.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.

 

 

What you’ll bring along

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 years of hands‑on experience as a Technical Integration Consultant, ideally in ServiceNow context
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications and data sources.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and common integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow IntegrationHub or other ServiceNow integration capabilities.
  • Experience working in enterprise ITSM environments.
  • Strong communication skills and advanced English and German
