Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

Who We Are


We are the specialized Talent Acquisition team within NTT DATA Romania supporting our colleagues from Delivery and Business with Cloud & Security hiring across infrastructure and cybersecurity. We partner with the business to attract top talent for critical roles that build secure, resilient, and high-performing technology environments.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Managing end-to-end external recruitment activities across multiple sourcing channels to attract high-quality talent.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle for open positions, including job postings, initial screenings, interviews, negotiations, and offer management.
  • Building and maintaining a robust and continuous talent pipeline to proactively address current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensuring close and ongoing collaboration with hiring managers to deeply understand business requirements and deliver well-matched candidate profiles.
  • Maintaining and continuously updating the recruitment database to ensure data accuracy and availability.
  • Analyzing labor market trends and providing strategic input to adapt and optimize recruitment approaches accordingly.
  • Delivering regular status reports on assigned vacancies, proactively identifying risks, and communicating early warnings when deviations occur.
  • Recommending and implementing process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Developing and managing compelling job advertisements aligned with employer branding guidelines.
  • Designing and executing local market awareness initiatives to strengthen employer visibility and talent attraction.
  • Representing the organization at job fairs, career events, and networking activities to support employer branding and candidate engagement.

 

What You’ll Bring Along

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources or any other relevant field 
  • Minimum 1-3 of overall IT recruitment experience 
  • Strong network and knowledge of the local market
  • Microsoft Office – Advanced Knowledge
  • Team Player, very organized and result-oriented
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English; German would be a great plus
