To support this journey, we are looking for experienced Oracle Database Engineers who are eager to work on large-scale, mission-critical data environments. What you'll be doing

Design, develop, and maintain complex Oracle database solutions, focusing on performance, stability, and scalability
Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code, ensuring high efficiency and reliability of database operations
Configure, manage, and fine-tune Oracle Database environments (Oracle 19c) for optimal performance
Analyze and improve existing database structures, queries, and execution plans to enhance system performance
Implement and maintain database-level logic, including procedures, functions, packages, and triggers
Troubleshoot and resolve complex database performance and stability issues, performing root cause analysis
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across database systems
Collaborate with technical teams to support backend systems and integrations, strictly focusing on technical (non-functional) aspects
Contribute to technical documentation, including database design specifications and operational guidelines
Work within Agile Scrum teams, supporting continuous delivery and technical excellence

What you'll bring along

Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or similar field of study or equivalent working experience is required
Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Oracle databases, with strong focus on backend/data-layer development
Expert-level knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, including performance tuning and optimization
Strong experience with Oracle Database configuration and administration (Oracle 19c)
Experience analyzing execution plans and optimizing complex queries
Solid understanding of database architecture, indexing strategies, and data modeling
Experience working in high-performance and high-availability environments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently on purely technical tasks, without functional involvement
Very good English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
A great teammate who thrives in a collaborative and Agile environment
Excellent command of both spoken and written English
Experience with newer Oracle versions (e.g., Oracle 23ai / 26ai) is nice to have
Experience with unit testing in databases is nice to have
Exposure to Azure cloud services or Azure Data Factory (ADF) is nice to have
Experience with database monitoring and automation tools is nice to have
