What you'll be doing

• Conduct complex analysis of business requirements and output needs, ensuring alignment with AOMS standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide insights, and ensure a shared understanding to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Support design, development, and testing phases by working with agile teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of output solutions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve defects identified during implementation and after production release.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by proactively identifying issues and supporting effective solution delivery across environments.

What you'll bring along

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Experience in output design, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into effective output solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience working in agile teams, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality across all deliverables.
• Ability to multitask and efficiently switch between multiple tasks.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
