Who we are

We are seeking an accomplished and highly skilled Snowflake Solution Architect. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in designing and implementing Snowflake-based cloud data platforms that are scalable, secure, and business-aligned. This individual will play a pivotal role in guiding enterprise clients through their data platform modernisation journey, leveraging Snowflake’s capabilities to enable data democratisation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights.

As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with client partners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define Snowflake strategies, design robust architectures, and implement best practices. You will thrive in a fast-evolving technology environment, continuously expanding your knowledge to ensure NTT DATA and our clients remain at the forefront of data innovation.

What you'll be doing

Client Engagement & Delivery: Lead client interactions to understand needs, define outcomes, and ensure high‑quality delivery across all engagements
Solution Design & Implementation: Architect and implement scalable data solutions aligned with client objectives and industry best practices
Migration & Modernisation: Drive end‑to‑end data migration and modernisation initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions to modern platforms and technologies
Thought Leadership & Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to internal and external thought leadership through best‑practice development, mentoring, and knowledge dissemination
Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with cross‑functional teams to guide project execution, support team development, and foster a collaborative working environment
Business Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support long‑term strategic partnerships
Key Stakeholder Relationships: Engage with senior client stakeholders to align on strategy, delivery expectations, and value creation
Practice Leaders & Team Members: Collaborate closely with practice leadership and internal teams to support capability growth and project success
Client-Side Technical Leadership: Develop peer‑level relationships within client organisations

Successful delivery of Snowflake data platforms aligned to client objectives
High client satisfaction and repeat engagements
Demonstrated leadership in data modernisation initiatives
Contribution to practice growth through assets, propositions, and thought leadership

What you'll bring along

BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field; Snowflake certification(s) strongly desirable
Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in data architecture, engineering, or consulting roles, with at least 3+ years in Snowflake solution architecture
Proven expertise in designing and implementing Snowflake architectures for enterprise clients
Strong consulting values with the ability to interface effectively with senior stakeholders
Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI/analytics tools
Experience leading data modernisation initiatives across multiple sectors (e.g., banking, insurance, telecom, public sector, manufacturing, retail)
Extensive experience with Snowflake features (e.g., data sharing, Snowpark, zero-copy cloning, performance tuning)
Proficiency in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform)
Strong background in databases, data warehouses, and distributed processing frameworks
Familiarity with BI and data exploration tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Talend)
Experience with data security, governance, and compliance frameworks
Expertise in large-scale ETL/ELT pipeline implementation using custom and packaged tools
Ideally SnowPro Core certification or above
Deep understanding of the data lifecycle (ingestion, storage, processing, governance, consumption)
Ability to link business objectives with technology strategy and execution
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
