What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Support the development and refinement of the product roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product requirements and user stories
  • Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on value and feasibility
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and analysts to ensure smooth delivery
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Act as the main point of contact for your product area, aligning stakeholders and communicating progress
  • Use data and performance metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement

 

What You’ll Bring Along

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Digital, Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a digital, customer-facing environment
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Exposure to eCommerce, digital sales, or subscription-based models is a plus
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and web technologies
  • Ability to analyze data and customer feedback to guide product decisions
  • Skilled in writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Confident communicator across technical and non-technical teams
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of KPIs
  • Basic technical knowledge (e.g., APIs, CMS, tagging, integrations) is beneficial
  • Curious, proactive, and customer-obsessed
  • Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
  • Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO) are a bonus but not required
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
