Project Overview

Are you a hands-on tester with a passion for test automation? Do you enjoy keeping up to date with the latest tools and trends in technology? If so, then we have a fantastic opportunity for someone like you to join our team as a QA Automation!

What you can expect & what we want you to do

Develop test strategies for automation for both backend and frontend
Write and execute both functional and non-functional tests and find creative solutions to analyze requirements
Test from the perspective of an end-user, testing in various conditions and settings for different devices
Work with the product team to strategize quality assurance within the sprints
Review existing QA processes, suggesting and implementing enhancements
Align and collaborate with the rest of the quality assurance team to improve the overall quality of our products
Doing assess risks, promote consistency, identify common needs, build tools
Contribute to our software projects, potentially pairing with other devs, creating test suites
Work with designers, POs, and developers to improve the overall experience by suggesting improvements

What you are good at & what you’ll need to win

Solid experience in the Quality Assurance field, preferably with web applications
Practical experience creating and maintaining UI automation tests and API tests
Automation experience using open source test tools/libraries like Selenium, Puppeteer, Cypress, JEST
Comfortable reading and writing code in at least one programming language, JavaScript or TypeScript
Experience in testing and monitoring both the frontend and the backend of an application
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Experience with release processes and CI/CD tools
Practical experience with Optimizely is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
Practice experience working with agile methodologies
ISTQB certification is a plus
