Project Overview


We are providing application management support and development  for applications from the financial area, website administration and other cross-functional applications for one of the leading automotive producers. We keep everyone up to date, by ensuring around the clock access to the main websites and communication portals for our customer. We are also responsible for the “ Phonebook” App where all employees are listed. The job consists of supporting middleware components of a web application in the automotive industry. AEM administration, deployments on all stages and backup management


What you can expect & what we want you to do

  • Daily tasks: working with the processes of the customer (Incident, Problem, Change Management) 
  • Communication and strong cooperation with the users and the customer 
  • Daily meetings with the team, occasional meetings with the customer
  • Occasionally optimizing and configuration of the appli-cation
  • Administration of the tasks, cronjobs for the application
  • Creating and continuously maintaining the documentation

What you are good at & what you’ll need to win


  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support/ tehncial support role
  • German and English knowledge is a must
  • Strong problem solving and research skills 
  • Promptitude, proactivity and customer-oriented mindset 
  • Experience with COBOL, and DB2 would represent a plus
  • ITIL Certification would represent a plus
  • Experience in the automotive industry represents an advantage
