Who we are
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the "end-to-end" management of IT services, from strategic planning and design to operational delivery and continuous improvement: plans, organizes, coordinates and develops services for the customer.
What you'll be doing
- Responsible for the commercial, financial, technical, and professional execution
- Maintenance of contract documents
- Project-specific Change Request (CR) management
- Ensuring compliance with processes for project initiation, execution, and closure
- Overseeing the order processing, project procurement, and invoicing processes
- Planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling, including SLAs
- Defining necessary project processes, integrating, and coordinating them, and documenting them appropriately in the service manual (formerly project or operations manual)
- Planning, execution, and management of quality assurance and risk management
- Escalation authority
- Planning and execution of resource allocation in collaboration with Cluster Leads
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and regularly collecting customer feedback through satisfaction surveys
What you'll bring along
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field would be preferable
- At least 5-7 years of management experience within the Application Management Services field
- In-depth understanding of various methodologies, with specific expertise in ITIL and Agile frameworks
- Customer Orientation and Relationship Management skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Assertiveness, business orientation, analytical thinking
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and German
