Who we are

We are a team of 10 key professionals with various backrounds, acting as a strategic liaison between internal stakeholders with purchasing needs and eager vendors.
Main areas of expertise in the Procure to Pay flow are: subcontracting, reselling, IT and non-IT procurement categories.
Being aligned to the local and global procurement policy, we are looking to expand our team with an enthusiastic and procurement driven person.

What you'll be doing

Ensure the development and success of a product or service by managing the assigned category/categories
Analyzing data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends regarding the product and category
Creating and developing a strategic long-term plan for the development of the category
Supervise a team of procurement specialist and buyers
Building and driving relationships with key vendors to improve pricing and quality of services
Placing appropriate orders to ensure product availability meets demand
Leading category management projects to optimize ranges and related merchandising
Managing budget development and revenue for the category
Developing strong working relationships with buying, and internal customer
Collaborate and work closely with the Global team

What you'll bring along

Bachelor and/or master’s degree in Business Economics and Administration, Management or similar
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Procurement area or Supply chain function
Good communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
Strong negotiation and interpesonal skills
Strong analytical, decision making, problem solving, attention to detalis
Solid understanding of fundamental contracting principles
Previous experience in supplier management
Strong knowledge and use of procurement tools and applications
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Fluent in English with good communication skills
