What you’ll be doing

• Designing and developing IT services focused on infrastructure and cloud technologies, ensuring alignment with business requirements, scalability, security, and regulatory standards
• Leading service design efforts, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define service specifications
• Developing service design packages, including architecture, processes, and performance metrics
• Integrating cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS) with on-premises infrastructure and managing hybrid cloud environments
• Ensuring security compliance in service designs, incorporating protective measures, conducting risk assessments, and developing mitigation strategies
• Designing scalable services to optimize performance, enhance efficiency, and ensure high availability and reliability
• Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for all service designs, preparing and presenting reports on activities and outcomes
• Collaborating with IT and business teams to align service designs with organizational goals, facilitating workshops for feedback, and communicating updates to stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing industry best practices to foster continuous improvement
• Using Dell EMC, HPE Servers, NetApp, HDS, Brocade for managing data storage and server environments
• Using Cisco, Juniper Networks, Palo Alto Networks for designing and managing network infrastructures
• Using VMware for optimizing resource usage and deploying virtualized environments
• Using Microsoft Azure, AWS for leveraging scalable and flexible cloud computing resources
• Using EMC Networker, Veeam, Commvault for ensuring data protection and business continuity through backup and recovery solutions
• Using Fortinet, Check Point, Splunk for safeguarding networks, systems, and data with security tools
• Using ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds for monitoring and managing system performance and availability

What You’ll Bring Along

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service design or a related role, preferably within a regulatory or international organization
• ITIL certification is highly desirable. Relevant certifications in cloud and infrastructure technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in service design and architecture
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Deep knowledge and understanding of service design principles and infrastructure and cloud technologies
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
• Collaboration: Working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Adaptability: Adjusting to changes and new requirements in a dynamic environment
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
