SAP Consultant with German Job

Timisoara, RO Cluj, RO Sibiu, RO Brasov, RO

Who we are
 
We are looking for a SAP 2nd Level Consultant for the SAP application support team. Our team offers support for several SAP applications, for our customer, leading Bavarian automotive producer.

The plants that we support are in Austria, Germany and UK, so that both German and English skills are required. We are working with several SAP modules such as: ERP, SCM, MM, SD.  
Since the applications are critical for the vehicle production, this project requires on-call duty.


What you'll be doing

 

 

  • Incident Management (identification, categorization, diagnosis, resolution etc.)                           
  • Problem Management (diagnosing the underlying cause of the incidents)
  • Availability Management (monitoring)
  • Knowledge Management (preparing the project documentation)
  • Configuration Management (configuring the applications at technological level and assigning the responsible persons )
  • Quality management Advanced German and English skills needed 
  • On-call duty is required on this project


What you'll bring along

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field would be preferable
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP or similar role
  • SAP basic knowledge is mandatory
  • Experience with SAP ERP/SCM/MM/SD/WM/EDI  would be nice to have
  • SAP Idoc Interface know how would be nice to have
  • An ITIL certification would represent a plus
  • Eager to learn and work in collaboration with other team members
  • Attention to details
  • Customer oriented
  • Willingness to travel 
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and German
