Dynatrace DevOps Engineer

Who we are 

 

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a specialized focus on Dynatrace to join our growing technology team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining automated infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring solutions and ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of DevOps principles, cloud infrastructure and a strong command of observability tools, particularly Dynatrace.

 

What you'll be doing

 

  • Technical Analysis & Development
  • Development in Python
  • Infrastructure provisioning with Ansible/Terraform (AWS & Azure)
  • CI/CD‑Pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Architecture support for containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Engineering Automation & Operational Responsibilities
  • Automation and integration of Dev and Ops processes
  • Monitoring, error analysis & support
  • Participation in architecture reviews of large, distributed platforms
  • Organizational requirements
  • Agile methodology (Kanban)
  • Documentation in English
  • Use of VPN, Dynatrace, Jira, SharePoint, ServiceNow

 

What you'll bring along

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics/ or similar field of study/or equivalent working experience is required
  • A min 5-7 years demonstrable experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineer role
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps
  • Solid knowledge of IT Infrastructure: Understanding of network, server, and application architectures
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture and styles (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) and and virtual environments
  • Strong understanding of application performance monitoring and management in Dynatrace
  • Supports with alert configuration and management: set up alerts for critical thresholds and anomalies & manage alerting strategies to minimize false positives and ensure timely responses
  • Proficiency in Dynatrace software, including installation, configuration, and optimization
  • Experience with Dynatrace SaaS in Grail is a mandatory pre-requisite
  • Previous experience in IT services or a similar role with a focus on Dynatrace as a monitoring solution.
  • Experience with deploying and managing Dynatrace in various environments
  • Staying updated with the latest Dynatrace features and industry best practices
  • Working with Kanban
  • Compliance with DORA requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
