The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and a passion for delivering high-quality software products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the functionality and performance of our applications.

 

What you'll be doing

 

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Appium for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans
  • Utilize the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for monitoring and analyzing application logs to identify issues
  • Implement MQTT protocols for testing IoT applications and services
  • Use Docker for containerization of applications and testing environments
  • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins
  • Write and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports
  • Validate XML and HTML outputs to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Configure and manage Nginx servers for application deployment and testing
  • Leverage Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud-based testing environments
  • Monitor application performance and availability using PagerDuty for incident management
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve test automation practices

 

What you'll bring along

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in QA automation testing with a strong focus on Selenium and Appium
  • Familiarity with the ELK Stack and its application in log analysis
  • Experience with MQTT and its implementation in testing scenarios
  • Proficient in using Docker for creating and managing test environments
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD integration
  • Strong knowledge of XML and HTML for validating web applications
  • Experience with Nginx configuration and management
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud-based testing
  • Knowledge of incident management tools like PagerDuty
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
