SAP Sourcing & Procurement Consultant

Who we are 

 

We are currently looking for a SAP Sourcing & Procurement Consultant to join our local team in Bucharest and expand our SAP Public Cloud Competence Center.

 

What awaits you
 

  • Introduction in ERP system solutions for small, mid and large enterprises
  • Introduction in SAP's SaaS and on premise solutions
  • Discovering SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud functionalities
  • General understanding of SAP modules (Line of Businesses)
  • Deep dive into SAP Sourcing and Procurement (Materials Management) module
  • Understanding key MM concepts and processes:

    ○ Request for quotation
    ○ Requisitioning
    ○ Procurement of stock, non-stock and service materials
    ○ Inventory management
    ○ Vendor invoice processing

  • Understanding SAP implementation methodologies: greenfield, brownfield
  • You will participate in all phases of the engagement lifecycle, from pre-sales and solutioning, through to implementation and the go-live stage
  • Understanding key business processes that are applied in procurement scenarios and the interdependencies with other line of businesses
  • Learning Best Practice approach and emphasizing Cloud mentality
  • Focus sessions on how to effectively map business processes in implementation projects
  • Learn and apply how to make system configurations and customizations based on business process mapping
  • Work on internal and customer initiatives in Public Cloud ERP
  • Work with a team of other consultants to support customers with their overall Cloud Transformation journey
  • Participate in customer workshops and manage scope and customer expectations

 
What you'll bring along
 

  • Up to 2 years of experience as Junior SAP Public Cloud Sourcing and Procurement Consultant
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes that are usually applied in companies
  • Autonomous and rigorous in the operations to be carried out, able to make suggestions
  • Ability to synthesize ideas
  • Good organizational skills
  • You need to have a visible attention for details
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken), good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural context
  • Basic experience in an Agile environment
  • A strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • You need to be a good listener, with an adaptable personality
  • Very proactive, with a strong desire to continuously learn and expend your knowledge
  • Strategic analytical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Self-motivated and solution oriented
  • Flexibility and proven ability to work under pressure
