AI Portfolio Manager

Who we are

 

We are seeking a strategic and analytical AI Portfolio Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and managing all AI-related projects, products and investments, and you will be developing AI-driven portfolios tailored to clients' needs and market trends. 

 

What you'll be doing  

 

  • Develop and implement AI-driven strategies aligned with clients' needs and market trends
  • Oversee multiple AI/ML projects across departments and business units
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to tailor best strategic decisions regarding AI services
  • Prioritize projects based on business value, technical feasibility and resource availability
  • Monitor portfolio performance and make adjustments as necessary
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and external clients to provide updates and insights
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Collaborate with data scientists and other team members to enhance portfolio performance, act as a bridge between technical teams and business leaders
  • Monitor risks related to AI ethics, data privacy, model bias, and regulatory compliance
  • Stay informed about global IT & economic trends and market developments, evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration

 

What you'll bring along  

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project or portfolio management, with at least 2 years in AI/ML environments
  • In-depth understanding of AI-technologies - familiarity with machine learning, deep learning, NLP and data science workflows
  • Ability to interpret data, KPIs and model performance metrics
  • Strong skills in data manipulation and interpretation using tools like Python, cloud platforms, MLOps tools, R etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple portfolios and to prioritize and balance multiple AI initiatives based in ROI, risk and strategic alignment
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello
  • Experience with managing costs, timelines and team capacity
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Excellent English language know-how
