Who we are

By joining our project, you will be working on an initiative of the European Commission focused on creating a more efficient, modern and secure customs environment within the European Union. Being part of this initiative set on a 5 years’ timeline, you will have the opportunity to work on topics such as digitalization of customs processes, streamlining customs procedures to facilitate trade and reduce costs, harmonization of customs rules across all EU member states and combating fraud.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the design of complex managed service solutions while driving the strategic vision for enterprise clients
• Creating blueprints for IT strategies that align with business objectives, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Designing large-scale managed service solutions by integrating technology and service design across multiple domains.
• Working closely with sales teams to guide the presales process, develop proposals, and deliver presentations.
• Translating clients’ business strategies into IT roadmaps, ensuring alignment with desired business outcomes.
• Leading complex solution designs and collaborating with internal service and technical teams.
• Contributing to the company's knowledge base by sharing best practices and insights.
• Developing business cases and roadmaps to optimize IT operations and business value.
• Defining architectural principles to influence governance and ensure strategic execution.
• Identifying gaps and creating transition roadmaps to drive service transformation.
• Designing and implementing service portfolios and lifecycle management solutions.
• Synthesizing technology trends with strategic imperatives to deliver compelling, value-driven client solutions.

What You’ll Bring Along

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience across Enterprise Architecture, Managed Services, and Service Management consulting
• Strong understanding of how technology solutions impact business outcomes.
• Ability to translate service schedules and SLAs into contract-quality deliverables.
• Expertise in Information Security, Data Architecture, and Modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of service delivery models, reference architectures, and design thinking.
• Vertical industry knowledge relevant to client requirements.
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications in Enterprise Architecture methodologies (TOGAF preferred, SOA an asset).
• IT Service Management certifications (ITIL, COBIT, etc.).
• Scaled Agile certification (advantageous).
• Extensive consulting and IT experience within multinational technology environments.
• Proven experience in IT operations across networking, data centers, security, end-user computing, and digital solutions.
• Strong client engagement and consulting expertise, including business development and pre-sales experience.
• Experience integrating solutions with business domains, industry standards, and best practices.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
