IT Project Manager_German Speaking Required

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Manage and oversee IT projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Prioritize and manage backlog items while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team
  • Facilitate collaboration between frontend, backend, and QA automation teams
  • Communicate with German-speaking stakeholders and ensure seamless project coordination
  • Monitor project progress and update project documentation accordingly
  • Maintain a risk register and report on risk management activities
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key achievements, issues, and risks
  • Ensure that project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders

 

 

What you'll bring along

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably within a regulatory or international organization
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable
  • Project Management Tools: Microsoft Project, JIRA
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of project management principles and infrastructure and cloud technologies
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, including frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and backend (APIs, databases, server-side scripting)
  • Experience working with QA automation/QA manual tools and strategies
  • Ability to convey complex project information clearly and effectively
  • Working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Adjusting to changes and new requirements in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in German (written and spoken) for effective communication in an international setting
