One Identity Manager

Who we are

We specialize in identity and access management, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant IAM solutions. Our team focuses on implementing, configuring, and optimizing One Identity Manager, supporting organizations in achieving seamless IAM governance while maintaining regulatory compliance.

What you'll be doing

  • Implementing various regulatory requirements according to the backlog.
  • Managing performance through forecasting, analysis, and optimization.
  • Identifying and analyzing improvement opportunities related to incidents and service requests.
  • Planning measures and procedures to achieve set objectives.
  • Monitoring compliance with agreed targets.
  • Regularly tracking, documenting, and presenting progress updates.
  • Analyzing, monitoring, and controlling the mitigation of risks.
  • Creating and providing documentation of activities carried out.
  • Evaluating IAM strategies and implementations for optimization.

What you'll bring along

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a comparable IT qualification.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of the One Identity Manager data model.
  • Strong expertise in authorization management.
  • Proficiency in programming languages: SQL, VB.net, Angular.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for incident analysis and process optimization.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration and presenting progress updates.
  • Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, German would be nice to have
