Test Architect - Market Data Unification

Who we are

We are seeking an experienced Test Architect/Manager to lead the quality assurance and test strategy for a Market Data Unification project. This role aims to consolidate multiple market data sources into a unified platform, ensuring consistent, accurate and timely data delivery across the organization. You will work closely with data engineering, development and business teams to design scalable, robust and automated testing frameworks.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and manage a SIT plan, UAT plan and manage relationship with the different systems owners
• Define and own the end-to-end test strategy and architecture for the Market Data Unification Project
• Design test plans covering data ingestion, transformation, normalization, validation and distribution workflows
• Implement automated testing frameworks for real time and batch market data pipelines
• Collaborate with data architects and engineers to ensure testability and quality of ETL processes
• Oversee test data generation, synthetic data modeling

What you'll bring along

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics/ or similar field of study/or equivalent working experience is required
• A min 5-7 years demonstrable experience in a similar role is required
• Previous experience in projects for financial institutions
• Deep understanding of market data (equities, fixed income, derivates) and data vendors
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks
• Proficiency in data validation techniques
• Excellent communcation and stakeholder management skills
• Well-structured and organized working methodology 
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
