Functional Software Test Engineer

Who We Are

 

We are looking for an experienced Functional SW Test Engineer to join our team and contribute to the validation and verification of automotive systems and software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and software testing, with proven expertise in automotive environments.

 

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Design, develop, and execute functional test cases for automotive systems and software.
  • Apply test methods and design techniques to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Analyze test results, identify issues, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
  • Work with communication protocols (CAN) and related tools.
  • Support continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Document test execution reports according to industry standards.

 

 

What You’ll Bring Along

 

  • University degree in Electronics, Automation, Computer Science, or Telecommunications Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive software/system testing.
  • Strong understanding of test methods and test design techniques.
  • Knowledge in electronics and software development processes (V-Model, ASPICE).
  • Hands-on experience with CAN protocol communication.
  • CAPL programming and/or basic programming skills in C/C++.
  • Experience with Entry and Authorization Systems (UWB, BLE).
  • ISTQB certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automotive standards and tools.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
